We want every order from Party-Bazar to bring joy, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Due to the nature of party supplies, we do not accept returns for used products, change-of-mind purchases, or personalized items. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@partybazar.online within 24 hours of delivery, including your order ID, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed via UPI to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before dispatch—once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
